The term COVID-19 has now become a household name, suggesting that even little children have become familiar with the virus and the importance of hand washing and the practice of social distancing. While we do need to be aware and cautious of the virus, we need not live in (constant) fear. As human beings, we fear that which we do not understand (i.e., the unknown). The more we learn about COVID19 the better we can prepare and reduce the risk of exposure. The Center for Disease and Control (CDC) has a vast array of useful information for both adults and children. If you haven't visited their website, I strongly encourage you to get the latest news and updates to protect yourself and your loved ones. www.cdc.gov
